To ensure complete sealing, it’s recommended to use silicone sealant or tape to seal the seams of the mold to prevent any leakage.

Our molds are finely crafted to ensure a smooth and flawless surface. Most finished products do not require sanding. However, if you prefer a higher-gloss finish, you can lightly polish it with a polishing agent for a more refined surface.

Store the mold in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. To prevent deformation, it’s recommended to store it flat or in a storage box, avoiding placing heavy objects on top of the mold.

Our resin molds come pre-assembled before shipping, and only the adjustment feet, leveler, and pressure rods need to be assembled.

To ensure smooth demolding, it’s recommended to lightly apply a release agent before pouring in the resin. This will help the resin release easily from the mold and minimize any potential damage to the finished product.
